Your item is proving a little tricky to find – but don't worry, we've still got a few options up our sleeve.

1. Check your contact details

It happens to the best of us: sometimes the wrong digit gets entered by mistake and you get led up the wrong path. So, please check your code and try, try again. Click here to go to the Track it page.

2. Other delivery, repair & installation options

We sometimes use carefully selected partners to help us deliver your kit. It could be that one of our partners is looking after your service - in which case, your details won't appear in our tracker.


If you've bought a product online then it might be delivered by the Royal Mail, or a courier such as DHL. Check the email you were sent and it will include information on who'll be delivering your kit.


If you're having an Aerial or Home Cinema installation, you'll need to contact our partner OrderWork. You can phone them on 0845 017 9710 and they'll be happy to help you.
