Know it all

KNOWHOW™ Cloud Backup & Share is all you need to manage your digital files. When you subscribe to this service you receive:

• 1 year subscription, or alternatively £150 for 5 year subscription.
• 1TB storage space – online storage for up to 3 computers (Windows or Mac) for your documents, photos, music and videos.
• Automatic backup – your files will be automatically backed up.
• Synchronise your files on three computers – just save your file to your online storage and it will automatically appear on the other two computers in seconds.
• Access your files from any computer – listen to music, watch videos, re-touch photos and edit Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents online from any computer.
• Access your files from your smartphone or tablet – download our free app to access music, photos, view/edit office documents and watch movies from your device.
• Access your files from other mobile devices – our software will enable you to access your files whilst on the move.
• Total security – data backed up and protected in our secure data centres.

We want to make sure you know what isn’t covered by our Cloud Backup & Share service so there are no surprises.

• Internet connection required to access files on smartphone or tablet.
• Your mobile phone company will charge you for accessing our service. We advise that you use a tariff that includes Internet access allowances.
